Management fees are typically a flat 8%, however please contact us to discuss this in any further detail as the level of involvement can be tailor made on a landlord to landlord basis to cater for your requirements.

As well as managing your property, at the landlord’s request, we will happily assist you in managing your income and capital investments, advising of potential tax planning opportunities and referring you to respective professional contacts that have been built up over the past 15 years, again this can be tailored to the landlord’s needs and requirements.
